Future Leaders’ Committee

The Future Leaders’ Committee aims to work with and participate in each of the sub-committees within the BCGA to ensure maximum benefit to all.

Why get involved?

Committee provides opportunities for future leaders to build relationships, expand their industry knowledge, and develop professional and leadership skills, all while supporting BCGA and the development of industry standards.

Membership is open to BCGA member company employees who are age 45 and younger or new to the industry. Our committee members have a range of experience and come from a wide variety of technical and non-technical industry backgrounds. Attendance at BCGA meetings can be included in your record of your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for members of the IMechE and IChemE, and chairing our committees can also count towards being a Fellow in these institutions.
