This Code has been prepared by Liquid Gas UK for the guidance of those involved in the post-delivery commissioning, inspection testing & maintenance of LPG systems in Leisure Accommodation Vehicles and
Road Vehicles with Habitation. This Code of practice specifies the requirements for the post-delivery commissioning, inspection & testing of LPG installations not included in the scope of either BS 6891 or BS EN 1949. Where connection to external gas supply is provided and/or installation requires on-site commissioning. Guidance is included on maintaining appliances and the installation pipework in a safe condition. It includes details of a standardised procedure and check report which should be followed by a competent person to check the safety of the gas installation. This includes checks on the appliances, the gas tightness of the system, ventilation and flueing.
