The UK Department for Transport (DfT) has concluded its consultation and published a summary of the responses they received.
The DfT has advised that the Carriage of Dangerous Goods and the Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations will bring into effect the new marking requirements from 1 January 2023. From this date the UK will end recognition of EU Pi-marked transportable pressure equipment (TPE).
