ADR sets out the maximum filling ratios and filling requirements for liquefied and compressed gases. This Code of Practice specifies a range of filling ratios and developed pressures that may be used when filling, selecting or designing pressure receptacles of above 0.5 litre water capacity for carriage of liquefied or compressed gases by road or rail within Great Britain, up to the maximum allowed within ADR. For guidance, corresponding filling ratio and developed pressure data for climatic areas other than Great Britain are also provided.
